Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the item is delivered. However, if you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds
Refunds are only processed under the following conditions:

Please note that refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. We may ask for proof such as photos of the product.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@kishangarhfresh.com with your order ID and issue details. Our team will review and get back to you within 24-48 hours.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. For subscription plans, you can pause or cancel future deliveries through your account dashboard at least 1 day in advance.
