Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. For daily subscriptions, you can pause or cancel a day in advance through your account.

<h3>Refund</h3>

Due to the perishable nature of milk and dairy, refunds are only applicable if:

  <li>The product is damaged or spoiled upon delivery</li>
  <li>There is an issue with quantity or quality</li>
</ul>

<p>All refund requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.</p>
